Hill House

Nestled into the wooded hillside next to the Meadowood Spa, this expansive, one-bedroom retreat embraces Meadowood’s tradition of the indoor/outdoor lifestyle. In the separate living area, a sectional sofa angles around a fireplace. Two furnished terraces, each with a fire pit, accommodate under-the-sky entertaining or a private soak and shower.

The spacious bedroom encompasses a sitting area to the side with a large window overlooking the forested slopes, offering comfort, privacy, and ease. Opposite the bed, floor-to-ceiling pocket doors open to an expansive living room organized around the hearth. Beyond, a second set of pocket doors reveals a trellised terrace with its own sectional sofa. Sheltered off the bedroom, another terrace luxuriates in a deep soaking tub and outdoor shower. Together, the spaces total 1,745 square feet.
