The culinary delights and service of our Estate Events team feature all the quality and care you’ve come to expect from the Meadowood experience – on a private winery or estate; in a cave, barrel room, gallery or garden.
Our commitment to exceptional wine and culinary experiences is evident in the caliber and longevity of the members of our culinary team, under the direction of Estate Chef Alejandro Ayala – a twenty-seven year veteran of the Meadowood kitchen and James Beard Award Honoree. Chef Ayala – along with our Events Director Alex Hernandez and the members of our Events staff – will collaborate to design personalized menus utilizing best-of-the-season ingredients from our gardens. Wine Selections & Signature Cocktails
Estate Sommelier Monica Zanotti will assist with wine selections to pair perfectly with your meal, or take your guests through a customized wine education program. Let our Beverage Director Scott Beattie lead you through a hands-on cocktail-making class, or simply request a signature cocktail crafted for your event.
Our creative team will put all of the special touches on your event, from beautiful tablescapes and floral arrangements to seating vignettes, bars and lighting. We enjoy working with you, as well as liaising with preferred vendors, to make your ideal event a reality.
