The Family Pool is designed to be a family environment. Guests enjoying this setting should expect to encounter the splashing, revelry and cheerful noise that go hand-in-hand with children at play. The Family Whirlpool is designated as a tranquil environment within the Family Pool area.
The Family Pool is heated to approximately eighty degrees from Memorial Day through Labor Day. These dates may be extended to take advantage of the yearly changes in warm-weather temperatures.
Swimming
The swimming pool environments at Meadowood offer the luxury of two very different experiences. For guests rising to swim laps at sunrise, relax on the pool deck with a good book or meet friends for iced drinks and a casual meal, the Adult Pool offers the ideal setting. Parents with young children wishing to enjoy family playtime in the water will find the size and depth of the Family Pool and the surrounding lawns well-suited to their needs. The resort's swimming pools and whirlpools are open daily 7:00 a.m to 9:00 p.m. You will find them neighboring The Health Spa.
Insider Tip: The whirlpool located closest to the Adult pool is for the enjoyment of guests over the age of twelve. The whirlpool located nearest the Family Pool is heated with children in mind and is kept at a lower temperature than the the whirlpool by the Adult Pool.

The Meadowood culinary experience expands each year from Memorial Day through Labor Day to include poolside menus suited to warm-weather, casual dining. Beverages, snacks and meals may be enjoyed poolside at both the resort's Adult and Family Pools.
