Position Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist in the day-to-day coordination of front office and hotel operator (PBX) operations.
• Hire, orient, train, and develop staff.
• Ensure that all aspects of the guest stay are properly prepared, executed and confirmed.
• Manage the activities of the staff, including scheduling.
• Develop and maintain cohesive and collaborative Front Office and PBX teams and maintain positive relationships with all departments that interface with the Front Office and PBX.
• Manage staff performance through ongoing coaching and counseling in order to meet Meadowood's high service standards.
• Resolve guest concerns and manage guest recovery programs and policies.
• Manage room inspection process
• Assist staff as needed at the reception Desk and PBX to ensure seamless guest experience.
